Vestry Elections Timeline

 

1. Sunday 12-01-2025: First Address by the electoral subcommittee chairman to the congregation

 

2. Sunday 12-01-2025: Formal commencement of Update of personal details by Parishioners at the Membership office.

 

3. Monday 13-01-2025: Candidate’s expression of interest and application submission process commences (vestry elections dedicated website section goes live)

 

4. Sunday 02-02-2025: Second Address by the electoral subcommittee chairman to the congregation

 

5. Thursday 06-02-2025: Application/nomination process closes.

 

6. Thursday 06-02-2025: Parish office ceases to entertain complaints about sustentation list (voters list). All complaints must be received before close of business on this day.

 

7. Sunday 16-02-2025: Voter’s list - final voters list placed by the doors (list will also be available on the website on our elections dedicated section)

 

8. Sunday 16-02-2025: Third and final address by the electoral subcommittee chairman to the congregation

 

9. Sunday 23-02-2025: Elections
