Very Revd. Dr. Adebola Ojofeitimi
Provost - Responsible for the Cathedral liturgy, Administration and Pastoral Care

The Very Revd. Dr. Adebola Ayodeji Ojofeitimi is from Ilesha in Osun State. He trained for the ministry at Immanuel College of Theology and Christian Education, Samonda, Ibadan. To hone his ministerial skills, he obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Theology (BTh), Master of Divinity (MDiv), Master of Theology (MTh), and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from Crowther Graduate Theological Seminary between 2010 and 2022.

 

His international experiences include parish attachments at St. Paul’s Cathedral, London, in 2008 and Sunderland Minster, Sunderland, in 2011. He has also actively participated in international conferences, such as the EMEA Alpha Training Conferences at Holy Trinity Brompton, London, and the Global Alpha Training Conference in Ghana. Notably, he was a delegate to GAFCON III in Jerusalem in 2018 and GAFCON IV in Kigali in 2023.

Venerable Henry Adelegan
Canon Residentiary with responsibility for SWSU

Henry Olubunmi Adelegan was born on 1st December 1964 at Ondo town. He is a graduate of Business Administration, a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management and a certified facilitator for Wilson Learning System (USA) for Management and Leadership courses.

 

Mr. Henry Olubunmi Adelegan worked at different schools as a teacher, a Manager at Leadway Assurance Co. Limited and Guaranty Trust Assurance (now AXA Mansard) respectively and a Training Facilitator with IBS Strategies for top management staff in the financial, hospitality, oil & gas organisations and Churches. He was also a Consultant for oil & gas, educational, hospitality, telecommunications and financial sectors of the economy.

 

He was licensed as a Reader in 1993 before proceeding to the Archbishop Vining College of Theology Akure, where he obtained a Diploma in Theology. On 4th December 2005, The Revd. Henry Adelegan was admitted to the Diaconate, priested on 2nd July 2006, preferred a Canon on 17th April 2014 and an Archdeacon on 4th July 2016 by The Most Revd. Dr. Ephraim Adebola Ademowo. The Venerable Henry Olubunmi Adelegan was Vicar of St. Paul's Anglican Church Ojoku from 18th December 2005 to September 2019 before he was posted to the Cathedral Church of Christ Marina by The Rt. Revd. Dr. Humphrey Bamisebi Olumakaiye, where he is to date as a Cathedral priest.

 

The Venerable Henry Adelegan is a seasoned writer, an administrator, a teacher and preacher of the Gospel, an Evangelist and a motivational Speaker. He has delivered notable papers, anchored Bible Study sessions and preached the Word of God at forums of different denominations within the continents of Africa and Europe. He has been a daily columnist with The Nations Newspaper during Lenten season since 2010 to date, a regular preacher of "The Moment of Truth" programme on the Lagoon Radio every Monday, Wednesday and Friday, a television preacher and a public affairs commentator.

 

His passion are preaching, teaching, praying, writing, helping people and his goal is to take the Gospel of Jesus Christ to the rural communities and by extension to other continents of the world, if Christ tarries.

Venerable Uchenna Ubadinobi
Responsible for Music, Altar Servers and Readers

Ven. Uchenna Ubadinobi, was born on April 17, 1973, at Neni, Aniocha local government area of Anambra state, Nigeria. He has a rich history marked by his educational, business, and religious pursuits. He began his education career at Army Children School Gusau-Zamfara State and later attended Government Teacher College Gusau -Zamfara State and Comprehensive Secondary School Neni. Due to religious conflicts in Guasau, he relocated to the East with his parents, completing his secondary education there.

 

He attended the Lagos Anglican Bible College (LABICO) and obtained a Diploma in Biblical Studies. Uche Ubadinobi, is a graduate of History and International Relations from Lagos State University Ojo (LASU). He is a Fellow of Freights Forwarder Academy of Nigeria (FCFF). He continued his theological training at Archbishop Vining Theological College Akure. He earned a Bachelor in Theology (B. Th) from Emmanuel College of Theology Ibadan and a Master's degree in Theology from Crowther Graduate Theological Seminary Abeokuta.

 

Uche was deaconated on July 2nd 2006 by the then Bishop of Awka Diocese, The Most Revd Maxwell Anikwenwa, priested July 1st 2007 in Lagos by the Diocesan Bishop of Lagos, The Most Revd (Dr.) Ephraim Adebola Ademowo. Preferred as a Canon on May 4th 2015 and later as an Archdeacon on May 7th 2018.

 

Ven. Uchenna Ubadinobi had served in various parishes, including St Peter’s Anglican Church, Ikota Lekki 2006-2007 as a Curate; Church of the Advent Igbo-Efon, Lekki 2007-2015, which he planted and built as Vicar; Anglican Church on the Peninsula (ANCOPEN), Royal Garden Estate, Lekki 2015-2018 as a Curate; St John’s Ang. Church Victoria Island 2018-2023 as Vicar. Presently serving at The Cathedral Church of Christ, Marina Lagos as an assistant priest.

Reverend Canon Kunle Dina
Responsible for the Care Ministry

The Rev. Canon Oladimeji Adekunle Dina hails from Ijebu-Ode in Ogun State. His elementary education started at State Primary School Dopemu now Ibukunolu Primary School Dopemu. He proceeded to Oniwaya High School now Bakare Disu Oshodi Memorial High School, Agege, Lagos State (1986 – 1992), he had OND in Business Study at Federal Polytechnic Offa 1999, Kwara State. His quest for Professionalism, Management and Human Relations led him to Chattered Institute of Administration, graduated as Associate of Chattered Institute of Administration 2000 and in 2000 mobilized for National Youth Service Corps in Kano state, he was President of Anglican Corps Fellowship during his set.

 

‘Kunle Dina as profoundly called, is always interested in things of God, his love for propagation of the gospel led him to various youth’s organizations in church and school. He proceeded to Ezekiel College of Theology, Ekpoma Dip.Th 2005, Crowther Graduate Theological Seminary M.Div. 2012.

 

He was Deaconed 2005, Priested 2006 in Kabba Diocese, Preferred Canon 2013 Lagos Mailand and he became Priest in the Diocese of Lagos 2016.

 

He was the First Vicar of Chapel of Christ Igbeba, Ijebu Diocese as Agent 2003, Assisting Priest at St. Andrew’s Cathedral, Kabba 2005, Vicar St. John’s Church Egbe 2006, the First Anglican Student’s Fellowship Provincial Chaplain Lagos 2006-2017, Curate St. Peter’s Church Faji 2016, Vicar St. Philip’s Okepop 2019-2023, Lagos Diocesan Youth Chaplain 2021 till date, Anglican Youth Fellowship Lagos Diocesan Chaplain 2021 till date, Assisting Priest Cathedral Church of Christ, Marina 2023 till date.

Reverend Olawole Faloye
Responsible for Correctional Centers Ministry and Elder's Fellowship

Rev'd Samuel Olawole Faloye is an ordained priest working with the Diocese of Lagos (Anglican Communion). He had earlier served with the Diocese of Osun North East where he was made deacon and ordained priest before his transfer to his present Diocese(Lagos Diocese).

 

He Studied Accounting at Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, Nigeria. He then worked for a leading architectural firm as an Accountant and project manager.

 

He proceeded to Immanuel College of Theology for his Bachelor of Theology.

 

He is presently the Youth and Prison Chaplain of the Cathedral Church of Christ, Marina Lagos and also, the Project Chaplain to the Diocese of Lagos.

Reverend Henry Mooh
Responsible for the Youths and also the Confirmation Class

The Revd Henry Azubuike Mooh, hails from Umuoji in Idemili-North Local Government Area of Anambra State. He graduated from Federal Polytechnic Ede, Osun State where he obtained HND in Electrical and Electronics Engineering. He proceeded to Archbishop Vining College of Theology Akure, Ondo State where he obtained a Diploma in Religious Studies (Dip.Rs) and a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology (B.Th).

 

He also obtained a Masters Degree in Theology at Crowther Graduate Theological Seminary, Abeokuta, Ogun State.

 

He was made a Deacon in 2016 and ordained a Priest in 2017 by the Most Revd Dr. Ephraim Adebola Ademowo (OON FNAL) in the Diocese of Lagos. He served as the Vicar of Holy Trinity Anglican Church, Erasco Epe (2016-2018). And was transferred to the Cathedral Church of Christ, Marina, Lagos (January, 2019).

Reverend Nwigani Michael Barikuin
Responsible for the Children's Church

The Rev’d Mike Nwigani as profoundly called, hails from Bane in Khana Local Government Area of Rivers State. He is an Alumnus of the prestigious university of Lagos, where he obtained Bsc in Business Administration. He then worked for a reputable Capital Market Registrars as Customer Care Service Officer and also as an Admin officer.

 

He proceeded to Ezekiel College of Theology, Ekpoma, Edo state, for his Bachelor in Theology, and later Ajayi Crowther University Oyo, for his Bachelor degree in Religious Studies.

 

He was made deacon in 2021, and priested in 2022, by the Most Reverend Dr. Humphrey Bamisebi Olumakaiye of blessed memory. He served as curate at Anglican Church of the Beautiful Gate, VGC, Lekki, Lagos (January 2022 –January 2024), and was transferred to the Cathedral Church of Christ, Marina, Lagos (January, 2024).
